After we worked on the first office for a major IT company project, the client turned to us again. The number of employees had increased, so they needed an office expansion. We combined the solutions from the previous office with new tasks. It was necessary to embody the idea of openness to reflect the company’s HR brand concept.

The first office was bright and colorful, so the second was conceived as more neutral for those who want a calmer atmosphere with a quiet, open space where talking is not allowed. The offices are located in different towers and are connected through a terrace.

The reception area greets every visitor with its harmonious combination of textures and colors, which creates a sense of friendliness and openness. The counter, curved with elegant lines, is clad in blue panels that complement the warm shade of the wooden floor.

It becomes the central point of visual zoning of the space and sets the tone for the entire interior. The reception area transitions into a zone with soft armchairs and sofas, inviting relaxation and informal meetings.

Glass partitions symbolize the transparency and openness of the approach to business. They allow light to penetrate every corner freely, creating a sense of airiness and volume space. The desire to make the office open and transparent required unconventional ideas to solve the problem of soundproofing the glass.

Here’s the thing: first, glass actively resonates, and in a meeting room with a TV, there can be an echo. Second, the glass structure is not monolithic, which allows sound to spread, and the characteristics of an open space require enhanced sound insulation.

All meeting spaces are created based on a reinforced double glass structure with ventilation, air conditioning, and additional sound-absorbing panels. The sound is distributed evenly and does not pass from one meeting room to another.

We individually selected special frames and glass to minimize sound. As a result, the meeting rooms, framed by glass partitions, allow for business meetings without losing the sense of open space.

This spacious and bright office is designed with the latest trends in design in mind, ensuring convenience, stimulating creativity, and boosting employee productivity. It’s based on a combination of modern design and comfort with maximum functionality and aesthetics. The company’s specifics and previous experience have formed the need for many individual booths and meeting rooms, so we planned many isolated booths for one-on-one communication.

Everything here is planned so that each employee feels comfortable and can realize their work potential as effectively as possible in a stimulating and inspiring environment. The play of contrasts between warm wood and shades of metal, soft fabrics, and hard lines creates an atmosphere of modernity.

Given the small size of the dining area, we needed creative ideas for its implementation. Simply placing tables would have been boring, so we came up with the idea of an atrium podium with cushions and a central composition featuring a tree. The kitchen and dining area are equipped with modern appliances and offer a convenient place for socializing, snacking, and working.

The relaxation area with massage chairs and meditation accessories provides a secluded space for relaxation and rejuvenation, contributing to rest and inspiration. These places are ideal for short breaks, allowing employees to recharge during the day.

Attention to the comfort and well-being of employees lies in every detail of this office, making it not just a workplace but a source of energy and inspiration.

The workspace is organized considering employees’ diverse needs: open areas with comfortable desks for teamwork and meeting rooms with complete sound insulation for confidential meetings.

Ergonomic furniture and plants used as natural space dividers create a healthy and productive work environment. Green islands of nature bring harmony into the office setting, fostering a favorable working atmosphere and visual comfort. All this is supported by natural light penetrating through panoramic windows, opening up cityscape views.
