“We faced an urgent task to implement a project from scratch to the complete finishing and equipping of an office in the shortest possible time.”

To take a space with a rough finish and to create a modern, comfortable office for efficient hybrid work of the IT company employees. Not just a workplace but a space where every meter is designed to support and develop the employees. An office that easily transforms quickly, adjusting to current tasks.

The concept captures the spirit of collaboration and innovation, creating a space where ideas are born and developed, and each employee feels like an essential part of a large and friendly team. The entire office is designed with comfort and productivity in mind. We led the project from start to finish, conducted lease agreement checks and supervisory control, and signed contracts with all contractors, fully protecting the interests of the Client.

“Space and Light — The Foundation of Modern Office Design”

Innovation and comfort merge into a single stream of creativity and collaboration. Stepping inside, you find yourself in a bright space where natural light streams through panoramic windows, creating an inspiring atmosphere for employees.

Things like smooth transitions between areas for communication and individual work and glass partitions create a sense of openness and freedom. Soft pastel tones and natural materials, such as wood and plants, create a feeling of warmth and comfort, while accent colors add energy and dynamism to the workday.

Spacious rooms for collaborative work facilitate free communication and effective interaction, while secluded areas provide a quiet and calm atmosphere for deep concentration. Open spaces for discussions and brainstorming sessions are designed to stimulate the exchange of ideas and collective creativity.

Calm blues and warm terracotta tones are combined to create a sense of tranquility and energy. Eco-style is expressed in the details: wooden decor adds warmth and creates a feeling of closeness to nature. Plants improve the microclimate and introduce an element of naturalness into the modern interior.

Creative zones and relaxation areas quickly transform into meeting rooms, isolated from the main area with workstations. If there is a need to discuss something more privately, the space turns into a lit area for business meetings by simply drawing an acoustic curtain. Curtains made from sound-absorbing material maintain privacy, which significantly helps to separate oneself from the open space.

A bold combination of red and blue, complemented by live plants, creates an energetic yet balanced zone. Here, the visual division of spaces is achieved through vertical wooden slats, and the combination of concrete and wood textures emphasizes the modern character of the office.

Graceful hanging chairs and round rugs inspire informal communication, while large windows fill the room with natural light, blurring the boundaries between the interior and exterior spaces. The layout carries the idea of transformation. Height-adjustable desks were introduced for maximum mobility, and the office was planned to transform the space when teams or tasks were changed quickly.

This was achieved using a raised floor, allowing quick and easy changes to all the electrical wiring. Unusual transformable meeting rooms are divided in half by a folding partition. For individual and confidential work, acoustic booths have been installed.

“The coffee point, in addition to its primary function, has become another location where many employees enjoy working.”

The large oak table in the dining area was initially intended for dining, but eventually, employees started using it as a convenient workspace. Soft corners for leisure and warm yellow sofas invite relaxation and the exchange of ideas. The coffee point has an interesting feature, which includes national motifs — pictures, patterns, and many plants, adding a touch of color.

The combination of different styles creates a sense of layering and depth in the space. Every interior detail is thoughtfully designed to create a unique visual experience.
